We had our Daikin fit for over 1 month now and we are extremely satisfied with it. After talking with Brady we went with the Daikin fit based on his recommendations and the 12 year warranty, and our home has never been cooler. The majority of the time this unit runs very quiet and yet maintains the set temperature inside. After getting our first energy bill with a full month of running the unit we were pleasantly surprised that the bill was approximately 60% less than our previous bills during the same period. And it was hot and humid out, and the unit ran pretty much day and night. The 2 guys who installed both the outside unit and the air handler were on time, courteous and professional. We had a small issue with the unit the next day after install but Brady was here right away and took care of it. If anyone is looking for repairs, service or a complete new unit, you have to give Tom's Air conditioning a call. Great prices, great service and all of them have been very professional. This is really nice to see here at the Lake.

We were in need of a new system to replace our 32 year old one. We looked at all of the internet reviews we could find and opted to contact Tom’s. The owner Tony arrived when scheduled, provided options, explained how the systems worked, and asked if we had questions. We made the decision on a system, paid the deposit, and the install was immediately scheduled. Staci, the office manager, contacted us for a suitable install date and then followed up for a new date when the supplier failed to send one of the parts. On the install date Tony and his crew arrived, again when scheduled. His crew quickly, professionally, and technically removed the old units and crafted in the new units. Finally, Staci registers the parts with the manufacturer for the customer and provides documentation for the warranties. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Glad we made Tom’s our choice.

This heating and cooling company is the best. Their employees are the most trustworthy around. Highly recommend. Evan was the best man to estimate and professionally install our air conditioner and furnace with his crew and we are so happy. You cannot go wrong with Evan and Tom's Air Conditioning.

Everything about the experience was spot on. They gave me an estimate the day after I called. The installation of my new HVAC system and hot water heater was complete within a week. The 2 awesome guys who installed it work diligently and stayed until almost 11pm to get it done for us in one day! I am very impressed with everything, from the initial phone call through the follow up after install. Perfect service in every aspect.

Their website says they pride themselves on customer service. And that is exactly what I got. Furnace quit Friday morning. They were here 2 hours later. The owner made a special trip to St. Louis to pick up the new furnace on Saturday. New furnace and a/c unit installed on Monday. There isn't a doubt in my mind they put me at the front of the list due to the zero temps coming tomorrow night. A professional group of young men performed the installation. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. I will happily spread your company's name and my experience to anyone looking for heating and air experts for years to come.

Have used Tom's off and on for a few years, but are now full time customers. We have 3 separate zones of HVAC to maintain.
